    Academics are proposing a study to examine the feasibility of establishing a minimum wage for Saudi worker



    Labor market specialists said the need for a study to examine the feasibility of developing a minimum wage worker in Saudi Arabia during a meeting organized by the East Chamber recently in cooperation with the King Abdul Aziz Center for national dialogue. Participants in the meeting held in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al shuwai'er, Director General of the Department of studies and research and publication in the King Abdul Aziz Center for national dialogue, Dr. Khaled m. bdioui, Director of King Abdulaziz Centre for national dialogue in the region on the need to hold multiple interviews with employers in order to reach a clear mechanism helps to know the minimum wage for both the employee and the employer. The meeting discussed the management of the human resources Committee Chairman Salih bin Ali al Humaidan saw the participation of a number of academics competent specialized study topic for a minimum wage worker and emanating from the second national dialogue held in Jeddah, also agreed on the need for the identification of private sector workers and other executives in the private sector for help in setting the minimum without damaging the sides work.
